debmirror software package provides Debian partial mirror script, with ftp and package pool support, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debmirror
debmirror is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debmirror package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debmirror *
You will get with debmirror package name, version, architecture and description in a table
